Registration is free and takes under two minutes. Click the Register button at the top of any page. Fill in your mobile number or email address, choose a password and confirm your details. You may be asked to verify your mobile number with a one-time code sent by SMS. Once verified, your account is active and ready to use. You must be 18 or older to register.

A reset code or link will be sent to your registered contact. Follow the instructions to create a new password. No. Each person is only allowed one Akbar Satta account. Creating multiple accounts is against the platform rules and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created two accounts, contact support immediately through the live chat to have the issue resolved before any action is taken.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile or Account Settings section. You can update your name, email address and other personal details from there. Changing your registered mobile number may require identity verification to protect your account. If you are unable to update a field yourself, contact the support team via live chat and they will guide you through the verification process.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security precaution. Raast transfers are also very fast due to the nature of the payment network. Bank transfers typically follow standard interbank processing times and may take a few hours during business days. If a deposit has not appeared after the expected time, check your transaction history in the cashier before contacting support.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly in the cashier when you select your preferred method. Generally, JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits have a low PKR minimum to make the platform accessible to all players. Check the cashier section after logging in for the exact figures applicable to your account and chosen method.

A pending status means the payment has been initiated but the funds have not yet been confirmed by the payment network. This is normal for bank transfers and occasionally happens with mobile wallet deposits during peak periods. Wait for the processing time relevant to your method. If the deposit remains pending beyond the expected timeframe, take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation from JazzCash or your bank and contact support via live chat with the reference number.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the cashier section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the PKR amount and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to your verified payment account. For first-time withdrawals, you may be asked to complete identity verification to confirm account ownership before the payment is processed.

Once your withdrawal request is approved, JazzCash and Easypaisa payments are typically processed quickly — often within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. Processing times can occasionally be longer if additional verification is required or during high-volume periods. Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete identity verification, an unmet bonus wagering requirement, an unverified payment account, or a mismatch between the deposit and withdrawal method. Minimum bet amounts are shown on each market and event page.
